Concrete is a peculiar material. At first glance, it's not very pretty. At second glance, it has a pleasant texture, and beautiful things can be created from it. From large structures to jewelry. When you turn ugly into ylgu, you get something beautiful. YLGU creates concrete furniture. YLGU has extraordinary technique. YLGU bends concrete from thin sheets, resulting in elegant and incredibly subtle shapes.

Honza Nohejl started casting concrete similarly to everyone else. Then came the idea to bend concrete. This allows the creation of extremely subtle shapes. And so, bending became an obsession. The rawness of concrete from Danish cement, German sand, and Japanese glass fibers is fascinating. Besides its own line of tables and smaller objects, YLGU collaborates with architects and designers on custom-made products.
